Legs/Feet: Abrasions on dorsum of feet bilaterally. BCS: 2 Problem list: 1. Right wing trauma: Left ulnar vein refil delayed, swelling on distal right radius/ulna +/- callus formation (non-mobile) , resolving bruising at center of right radius. 2. Dehydrated - delayed left ulnar vein refill 3. Foot trauma - abrasions on dorsum of feet 4. Parasites - lice noted Diagnosis: 1. Right wing trauma: Left ulnar vein refil delayed, swelling on distal right radius/ulna +/- callus formation (non-mobile) , resolving bruising at center of right radius. 2. Dehydrated - delayed left ulnar vein refill 3. Foot trauma - abrasions on dorsum of feet 4. Parasites - lice noted Assessment: Physical exam revealed right wing trauma with swelling over the distal right radius/ulna, possible non_mobile callus formation, and resolving bruising; delayed left ulnar vein refill consistent with dehydration; abrasions on the dorsum of both feet; and external parasites (lice) observed.
